Livpure Refund Policy
Sixty days from the date of purchase. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID, then post the bottles — empty ones included — to 230 Park Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10169, USA with your name, order email and order ID inside. Return postage is yours, and the refund is less shipping and handling.
How a Livpure refund works, step by step
Five things happen, in this order. The first is the one people skip, and skipping it is what turns a refund into a fortnight of argument.
Call the order desk first
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID in front of you and say you are returning it. The desk records the return against the order before anything is posted.
Post the bottles to the returns address
230 Park Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10169, USA. Put your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID inside the parcel. The seller's own statement says empty bottles are accepted.
Use a tracked service
Return postage is the buyer's cost. Tracking is what settles a dispute about whether a parcel arrived, so it is worth the few dollars.
The refund is issued once the return is credited
This desk issues it 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, and it then takes 5 to 10 days to appear on the card. The seller's page promises a refund “within 48 hours of the product being returned”; the slower figure is the one to plan around.
The refund is less shipping and handling
The seller's own wording. What you paid to have the order sent, and what you pay to send it back, are not part of the refund.
How long a Livpure refund takes
Two clocks run once a return is in the post, and only the first of them belongs to this desk. The second belongs to a card issuer, which is why the total is a range rather than a date.
| Stage | What happens | How long |
|---|---|---|
| You call the order desk | The return is recorded against the order ID before anything is posted. | One call |
| The parcel travels | Your carrier, your postage, your tracking number. | Whatever service you bought |
| The return is credited | The parcel arrives at the returns address and is matched to the order. | On arrival |
| The refund is issued | This desk raises it against the original payment. | 3 to 5 business days |
| The money lands | The card issuer posts the credit to the statement. | 5 to 10 days |
Counted from the day the return is credited, the two figures add up to between one and three weeks.
What the seller promises, beside what this Livpure desk publishes
The seller’s own page promises a refund “within 48 hours of the product being returned”. That is the seller’s guarantee statement on the Liv Pure sales page, read 18 September 2026, and it is quoted rather than restated, because a promise is worth exactly its own wording.
The record behind this desk gives a slower figure — 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then 5 to 10 days to appear on the card. Both are printed because they are what the two sources say. Plan a return around the slower one and a fast refund is a pleasant surprise rather than a broken promise.
A money-back guarantee is part of the advertising for a product, and the FTC’s health products compliance guidance is explicit that advertising reaches well beyond television and print. That is the reason the seller’s sentence appears here in the seller’s words, and this desk’s timing appears in this desk’s.
What the sixty-day Livpure window covers, pack by pack
Sixty days buys a decision on two bottles, a comfortable one on three, and on six it buys a decision about a third of what is in the box.
The window runs on the calendar, from the date of purchase. It does not run on capsules, and the three orders hold very different numbers of them. Buyers on this desk most often describe four to eight weeks before they judge it, which leaves less room than sixty days sounds like.
| Order | Total | Capsules | Days of capsules | Where day 60 falls |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $158 | 120 | 60 | The last capsule and the last day of the window arrive together. This is the only order that finishes inside the window. |
| 3 bottles | $207 | 180 | 90 | Thirty days of capsules still in hand, one bottle of the three unopened, and a decision made on a full run. |
| 6 bottles | $294 | 360 | 180 | Two thirds of the order is still sealed. Four bottles, 120 days of capsules, bought on the far side of the window. |
Prices as printed on the seller's order page when this page was reviewed on 18 September 2026. The checkout shows the live figure before any payment details are asked for.
Free US shipping rides on the six-bottle order alone. On that pack there is no outbound shipping charge to deduct, because none was paid. On the two- and three-bottle orders, what you paid at the checkout to have the parcel sent is not part of the refund, which is what “less shipping and handling” means in practice.
What comes off a Livpure refund, and what does not
Comes off the refund
- Shipping and handling. The seller’s own wording is a refund “less shipping and handling”, and on the two- and three-bottle orders that is a real figure shown at the checkout.
- Return postage, which you pay to your own carrier and never see again.
- Tracking, which is the few dollars that settle any argument about whether the parcel arrived.
Stays with you
- The price of the capsules, which is the whole of the refund on a six-bottle order and most of it on the other two.
- Nothing is deducted for opening a bottle or finishing one. The seller’s statement accepts “even empty bottles” in those words.
- No restocking charge appears in the seller’s statement or in the record behind this desk, so none is applied here.
Six situations, and how a Livpure refund handles each
A pack opened and one bottle finished
Covered, and covered explicitly. The seller’s statement accepts “even empty bottles” returned “anytime within 60 days of your purchase”. Put the empties in the parcel with the sealed ones and the paperwork inside.
Part of an order back, not all of it
The seller’s statement covers returning the product and says nothing about returning part of it. So a partial return is a conversation to have on +1 (302) 200-3480 before the parcel is posted, not an assumption to make afterwards.
An order that never arrived
That is a tracking question before it is a refund question. The tracking number is in the order email, and the seller’s page gives a US transit time of 7 to 10 business days. A parcel that has stopped moving is a carrier claim, and the order desk opens it.
A return posted on day 61
The window is 60 days from the date of purchase — the seller’s wording ties it to purchase, not to delivery. Day 61 is outside what that statement promises, and nothing on this page can promise otherwise. Call inside the window, even if the parcel goes later.
A bottle bought somewhere else
The window described here applies to orders placed through Getlivpure. A bottle bought on a marketplace listing cannot be traced to lot LIV-26/GE-7267 through this desk, and the refund route on this page is not the one that covers it.
A charge you do not recognise
The name on a card statement is the processor’s, not this website’s, and the checkout names that processor at the point of payment. Check the order email first, then call the order desk with the order ID in front of you.
Five things to have in front of you for a Livpure refund
Each one is something the desk will ask for, and having it to hand turns a refund call into about four minutes.
- ✓The order email. It carries the order ID and the date of purchase, and the window runs from that date rather than from the day the parcel landed.
- ✓How long you have actually taken it. Reviewers on this desk describe four to eight weeks before they judge it, and day 20 is an early verdict.
- ✓Which order you bought, because the two-bottle order is the only one that runs out as the window closes.
- ✓A count of the days. Sixty from purchase, and the call is what puts the return on the record inside them.
- ✓The price of tracked postage to New York, weighed against what is coming back. On a two-bottle order it is a real fraction of the refund.
Who handles a Livpure refund, and who cannot
Refunds are claimed on +1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID. That line handles tracking, address changes, cancellations and refunds. It is not a sales line and this website never presents it as one: orders are placed at the checkout only.
The website desk at [email protected] (Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET) handles this page, corrections to it, privacy requests and press. It cannot see orders, so a refund request sent there only costs days. The postal address for written correspondence is 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019, USA, which is an office rather than the returns address.
Returns go to 230 Park Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10169, USA — two addresses, two jobs, and the parcel wants the second one.

How this Livpure refund page is written
This desk publishes what the label and the supplier state, and marks the places where a figure is missing. The four claims below are the ones a sceptical reader can audit in ten minutes, which is the only reason to make them:
- The bottle and the supplier are the source. The six ingredient names, the capsule count and the supply length come from the printed label, the supplier’s own listing artwork and the paperwork behind this desk. Prices come from the seller’s order page, read on 18 September 2026, not from a review column.
- The gaps are marked, never filled in. No amount is published for any of the six, so this website prints none and estimates none, including in the structured data a search engine reads.
- Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited here was confirmed against its own record before it was written down, and every government page was opened and checked by its title rather than assumed.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date at the foot of the page moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Getlivpure is the U.S. stocking partner for Livpure named at the top of this page, and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the missing amounts, the three-star review and the plain statement that Livpure is not a treatment for a liver condition are here: they are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.
Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds. It is not a sales line, and this website never presents it as a way to place an order: orders go through the checkout only.
